WHAT I DO

Throughout my life, I have been actively engaged in sports and embarked on a self-improvement journey for over 13 years. Along this path, I discovered the tremendous impact of focusing on breathing and exploring its benefits for personal growth.

Currently, I channel my attention towards three essential aspects: physical well-being, mental health, and cultivating a positive mindset. To me, these elements are interconnected and play a significant role in overall improvement.

For the past few years, my routine has revolved around breathing sessions, breathwork courses, and continuous reading and experimentation. This combination of activities has enriched my understanding of the power of breath. It also enables me to develop customized sessions and programs tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of individuals working with me.

WHO I AM

I am a passionate about the body and in particular focusing on harness the incredible benefits of conscious breathing techniques to enhance your overall health, vitality, and performance in all aspects of life.

Started my journey 6 years ago with the Wim hof method running along a canal in Rotterdam during winter time. One gentleman was swimming and told me to give it a shot. The only thing I had to do was to control my breathing 🙂 I jumped ... probably stayed 30 secondes ... that was the beginning of my breathing exploration journey.
